Project: Implement Symantec ACT v5.0 as Customer Relationship Management tool.
Working as Project Manager and Consultant for Net Solutions, the project consisted in the implementation of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application for a subsidiary agriculture company of DuPont. This company in the moment of the implementation have more than 200 remotely vendors, plus several dozens of corporate users.
They don't choose a classical CRM application. DuPont select Symantec ACT v5.0 for the low cost, and personalization options. Later DuPont replicate the implementation to others country. Probably the BIGGEST implementation of the product in a Latin-American.
My job consisted in:

Design the solution.
Definition of groups and tasks and template personalization.
Documentation.
Definition of the product architecture.
Installation and configuration of clients.
