• As Consulting and Support Manager, I oversaw the consulting and client support responsibilities, and served as Senior Consultant for the design and implementation of networks, using Microsoft technology and integrations with Unix and Novell networks.

• I coordinated the development team and support group within the company, and specialized in implementing Symantec applications for corporate accounts. 

• In addition, I supervised client training and internal support personnel in Microsoft Windows NT Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Internet Information Server, Microsoft Proxy Server, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Visual Basic.

• My responsibilities included: directly handling or overseeing the installation, implementation, and support for the following: Active Directory design, TCP/IP (DNS, WINS & DHCP), e-commerce websites, mail servers for Lotus Notes and Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Windows NT 3.5x, NT 4.0 and 2000, Microsoft Windows 2000 Terminal Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Novell Netware, SCO OpenServer and SCO UnixWare servers. 

• I also developed client/server applications in Microsoft Visual Basic. 

In June 2000, a private investor group purchased the company.
