Project: Implement Citrix Presentation Server servers.

Working as Project Manager and Consultant for InfoGroup Sistemas, my job included:

• Design, implementation and support of Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 farm.

• Windows 2003 Active Directory Design (OU, GPO, Policies, Sites, etc)

• Project Manager of Trend Micro antivirus implementation.

• Project Manager of the migration and centralization of more 80 hotels to Citrix (hardware replacement, data migration, training, etc.), including planning, engineer supervision, design procedures, etc.

• Provide resolution to level 3/4 escalated incidents in Citrix, Windows, Active Directory and Exchange Server.
