As Project Manager and Senior Consultant, my job included:

• Design, implementation, documentation and 24x7 technical support in large companies in Spain.

• Work with internal resources (sales and technical) and external partners to deliver solutions in time.

• Work with customers face-to-face to enhance sales and customer satisfaction, implement and deliver complex technical solutions.

• Coordinate a virtual team of support engineers working on-site in our clients in Spain to provide technical support and resolution to escalated incidents.

• Team with sales force on proposal responses and sales presentations (technical and non technical).

• Present project status information to the management.

Implementation, support and configuration of:

• Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 servers (32/64Bits).

• Microsoft Windows clusters (File & Print, Exchange and SQL Server).

• Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) web servers.

• Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 Terminal Server (32/64bits).

• Citrix MetaFrame XP and Presentation Server 3.0/4.0 farms.

• Microsoft SQL Server 2000 databases servers.

• Dell PowerEdge, IBM, HP Proliant and HP Integrity servers

• HP StorageWorks backup libraries

• HP MSA 1000 and HP EVA storage solutions, etc.

• VMware ESX servers.

• McAfee/Symantec Antivirus.

• VERITAS backup software.

My projects are related with:

• Active Directory design.

• Migration of Microsoft Windows NT/2000 networks to Microsoft Windows 2003.

• Setup and migration of e-mail servers to Microsoft Exchange Server 2000/2003.

• Group, security and backup policies.

• TCP/IP (DNS, WINS and DHCP).
