The Cruz Roja Española (Spanish Red Cross) is an international humanitarian movement whose stated mission is to protect human life and health, to ensure respect for the human being, and to prevent and alleviate human suffering, without any discrimination based on nationality, race, religious beliefs, class or political opinions.

Working as Consultant for InfoGroup Sistemas, my job included:

• Supporting a Microsoft Exchange 2003 cluster with BE/FE architecture with +5000 mailboxes.

• Supporting Microsoft ISA Server cluster to provide Internet access.

• Provide resolution to complex escalated incidents of level 3 and 4.

• Deploy new cluster of Exchange 2003 front-end servers.
