As Project Manager and Senior Consultant, my job includes:

• Design, implementation and documentation in large companies in Spain.

• Work with internal resources (sales and technical) and external partners to deliver solutions in time. 

• Work with customers face-to-face to enhance sales and customer satisfaction, implement and deliver complex technical solutions and resolution to escalated incidents.

• Team with sales force on proposal responses and sales presentations (technical and non technical).

• Present project status information to the management.

• Provide training to our customers in Microsoft, VMware and Citrix technologies.

Installation, setup and support of:

• Microsoft Windows NT/2000/2003/2008 servers.

• Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5/2000/2003/2007 servers.

• Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server 4.0/4.5 farms.

• VMware Infrastructure 3 servers (VMware ESX 3, P2V, HA, VMotion, VirtualCenter, etc).

• Symantec/Veritas backup, etc.

• Microsoft Office Live Communications Server 2005.

• Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005.

• Microsoft SMS 2003.

• Setup, configuration and support of Dell PowerEdge, HP Proliant and Fujitsu Primergy servers.

• Setup, configuration and support of Dell, HP and Fujitsu blades

• Setup, configuration and support of HP MSA, HP EVA and Fujitsu FibreCAT storage solutions, HP StorageWorks backup libraries, etc.
