Madrid Xanadu is the largest and most modern retail development in Spain.

I was assigned over one year as IT Manager, Senior Network Engineer, Telecommunication Manager and Technical Support Engineer for Europe.

My tasks included:

• Technical support 24x7 for +200 local users (Madrid) and remote users in Europe.

• Installation, implementation, and administration of servers in Europe and USA (Windows, Citrix and Exchange).

• Network design (Hardware, Software, Communications and Active Directory) for Europe.

• Implementation of Videoconference equipment between Madrid and USA.

• Implementation of phone systems for the Development Team and inside the the mall (Management office and others development teams).

• Integration of elevators and phone systems with the security system.

In the last week with only 4 days to grand opening, I created and supervised a 10 people team to build from scratch an backup phone and data system for more 220 stores in the mall.
